At Knackypack, we believe childhood learning should be hands-on, calm, and joyful.

Our felt-based activities are thoughtfully designed for children between the ages of 2 and 6, a time when little hands are eager to explore and young minds learn best through doing. Each activity encourages independent play while gently building essential skills such as fine motor development, problem-solving, early numeracy, language, and concentration. We work with soft, durable felt because it is safe, tactile, and perfectly suited for small hands. Every Knackypack activity is carefully handcrafted and checked before it reaches your home, ensuring it can withstand hours of meaningful play. Our Story

Knackypack began with one simple observation: children thrive when they are trusted to learn at their own pace. Founded by a Montessori-educated creator and parent, Knackypack grew out of a deep belief in play-based, child-led learning. Having experienced Montessori education firsthand, our founder understood the power of materials that encourage independence, repetition, and self-discovery. But as a parent, she also noticed how difficult it had become to find toys that were engaging without being overwhelming… activities that didn’t rely on flashing lights, batteries, or constant adult instruction. What started as making felt activities at home for her own two children, soon became something friends and their children naturally gravitated towards. Parents noticed longer attention spans, calmer play, and a quiet sense of pride when children completed activities on their own. That spark led to Knackypack — a brand rooted in intention, simplicity, and respect for childhood. Every Knackypack activity is designed to be purposeful yet playful, structured yet open-ended. There’s no “right” or “wrong” way to play, only opportunities to learn, repeat, and grow.
