Matching Shapes : This first exercise of removing the shapes and putting them back again not only introduces the little ones to matching shapes but also helps them learn how to use their pincer grip to hold, pull away and then replace the shape cutouts.
Washing Line: Such a simple activity, one that the little ones have probably observed as a daily occurrence in their home environment.
Use the pegs to hang the clothes on the washing line.
Take them off, and start again!
Find the other half: Match the pieces of watermelon, orange, and kiwi to their halves. Do you see half a slice of a yummy fruit stuck on the left? Now find the piece that will make it whole and place it to the right of it (or after it). Make sure the straight lines are touching each other!
Little Ladybird: Tiny hands can keep busy by taking the spots off, one at a time, tucking them away under the wings. But what is a ladybird without its spots? Now retrieve the spots and put them back. Ready to go again!
